Henry J. Grodek

Henry J. Grodek, 85, passed away on Wednesday, March 15th, 2017 at his home in Clifton.  Henry was born at home on Larch Ave., Jersey City in 1931. He lived in that same home for 75 years. He was a veteran of the Air Force, serving from 1952 to 1956. Henry retired from the U.S. Postal Service, having worked 31 years at the Secaucus facility.  He loved to go to Atlantic City. He enjoyed reading and doing crossword puzzles.

Henry is survived by his loving wife, Christina (nee Belviso); his mother-in-law, Jean Knoeringer; his brother-in-law, Robert Belviso; sisters-in-law, Jacqueline Mazalewski and her husband Al and Jean Belviso; and many nephews and nieces.

Relatives & friends are invited to attend the Visitation on Sunday, 3/19, at the funeral home from 3:00 - 5:00 pm.  Cremation will be private.  Please no flowers.
