Ezzat M. Faltas

Mr. Ezzat Faltas, beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother, departed our world on Thursday, October 9, 2025 in New Jersey, with his family by his side. He was 91 years old. 

Ezzat was born to the late Mitry Faltas and Amira Agaiby on January 27, 1934 in Girga, Egypt. Ezzat married Seham Faltas in 1971, immigrated to the United States in 1972, and lived in Jersey City for the remainder of his years. 

Ezzat is survived by his 3 children, Sam, Nancy and Jennifer, brothers, Edward and Louis, sister, Zaezaf, and grandchildren, Giacomo, Annabella, Adanna and Cyra. 

Ezzat was a loving father and grandfather who loved spending time with his family and friends. His presence will be sorely missed by everyone whose path he came across. 

Services will be held at Evergreen Funeral Home, located at 159 Garrison Avenue, Jersey City, NJ 07306 on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 from 7-9 pm and the funeral litergy will be held at Saint Mark Coptic Orthodox Church, located at 427 Westside Avenue, Jersey City, NJ 07304 at 11:00 am. Entombment to follow at Rosemount Memorial Park in Elizabeth, NJ.
