Fayez Fawzy Wanis

Fayez Fawzy Wanis, 93, passed away on Wednesday, December 2nd, 2020.

Fayez was born in Cairo, Egypt and came to the United States in 1969 to give his children a better life in America. Fayez lived in Queens, NY for four years before settling in West New York, NJ. He worked as a Pharmacist for many years in New York and New Jersey, including at UMDNJ Hospital in Newark. He was very dedicated to his family and his career.

Fayez was predeceased by his wife, Yvonne Wanis. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his two children, Sam Wanis and Randa Wanis; his nephew-by-marriage, Deya and his wife Nancy and his nieces-by-marriage, Shahira, Nevine and Nahed.

Relatives & friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service at St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Church, Jersey City at 12:00pm on Friday, 12/4. Interment to follow at Fairview Cemetery, Fairview, NJ.
