We are sad to announce the death of Luis "Billy" Torres of Jersey City. He died at the age of 56 on August 1, 2023. He left behind his loving siblings, Lourdes and Victor, and nieces and nephews. He always brought a smile to everyone, and we will miss him very much.
The funeral will be a private ceremony with only close family members present.
