Motilal Bajaj, "Mario", 81, of Jersey City, passed away on Saturday, October 8th, 2022.
Mr. Bajaj immigrated from India to the United States in 1972. He settled in Jersey City and made it his home. He attended St. Peter's University and received his Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Mario worked as an Engineer for a few years but then moved to Real Estate. He received his Real Estate license and then his Broker's license and had an illustrious career in that field. Mario lived life to its fullest. He was a spiritual man and very caring and thoughtful towards others. He would say "Hello" to everyone and was very outgoing. Of late, he loved to play pool and go to Top Golf with his family. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Mr. Bajaj was predeceased by his wife, Ellen A. Kaufman and his son, Omar K. Kaufman. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his son, Suraj M. Kaufman and his wife Melody; his siblings, Geeta Raheja, Gopal Bajaj, Arjun Bajaj and Siri Bajaj and his grandsons, Angel O. Kaufman and Destin K. Kaufman.
Relatives & friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service on Wednesday, 10/12, at 10:00 am at the funeral home. We shall proceed to Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington for the Burial following the Funeral Service. On Tuesday, 10/11, there will be Visitation at the funeral home from 2:00- 4:00 pm & 7:00 - 9:00 pm.
