Ronald Ramroop

Ronald Ramroop, 70, of Bath Settlement, Berbice was surrounded by his loving family when he passed on July 9, 2020. He devoted his life to the mission of the great Masters of Science of Spirituality, and now he has rejoined the ocean of all consciousness, God almighty.

Ronald is survived by his wife Shanta of 39 years, daughter Kavita, son Rajiv daughter-in-law Kim, adorable grandchildren Jake and Nina, and loving siblings, nieces, nephews, and extended families, and friends. Ronald was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend to everyone he encountered.

Ronald worked as a self-employed contractor, and most recently a Real Estate Agent. He spent his free time attending Satsang for Science of Spirituality, teaching others about the spiritual path and he spent countless hours in meditation. He led a life with a strong foundation of ethical values and compassion for all. He enjoyed reading spiritual books and sharing his knowledge with anyone he met. Ronald was the type of person that if you needed help, he was there for you. You can count on him to help you out and he did not expect anything in return. He had a kindhearted and gentle soul and radiated a positive energy in every interaction he had.

A special thanks to all those who helped to care for Ronald in his final days. Also, the family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to Evergreen Funeral Home in Jersey City for being very accommodating and understanding during this difficult time.

Viewing will be from 6 pm to 10 pm on Friday, July 10, 2020 and Saturday, July 11, 2020. On Sunday, July 12, 2020, a ceremony from 10 am to noon and then cremation at 12:30.
